oil pressure at WOT?

oil pressure at WOT?
hi guys, what should be the ideal oil pressure at WOT? mine shows 73 psi.

is it fine or on the lower side? the block is a stock bottom end and i use shell helix 20-50 weight oil.

currently making 500 whp.

I have 03 8 and its around 80 psi at wot. I think you good.

mines is usually around 100 if not more @ wot.... my car makes around 550 and i use brad penn 20w50

You'll have higher oil pressure if you don't have balance shafts. OP's pressure is fine.

oh thankyou guys, i was a bit worried, a guy told me that for every 1000 rpm you should have 10 psi of oil pressure. Since my car revs to 8000 it should have been 80 psi, but i guess im fine.
