I bought one of these used years ago and am just now getting around to installing it. Does it mount behind the bumper beam mounts, or between the bumper beam mounts and the bumper beam itself? I've seen posts where people talk about being able to take it on and off easily without bumper removal, so I'm assuming it goes on the back side of the bumper mounts (toward the front of the car, not between the mounts and bumper beam). Assuming that's the way you do it, can you use the factory bolts, or do you need to get longer hardware?
