To a future evo 9 owner

Just wanted to get a good idea in what I need to buy when I get a evolution 9. So I can start buying parts now so I can just put them all on. I was hoping to make a round 420 hp. Anyone have any good ideas on that. Also on looking into the voltex wide body kit as well.

Do you plan on staying on the stock bottom end? This would be the first questions I ask myself.

Also, do you have E85 in your area?

Ummm I believe I would keep the engine stock but to get more on the performance side. Sadly we do not have e85. So what I'm looking to do is just to get a good amount of power on the stock block.

Bigger turbo

Lots of reading

Or just take the car to a shop and say "make my car make xxx power" and let them tell you what it'll cost
