Evo 9 block swap

Hey guys, about a month ago my crankshaft broke taking a part of the block with it so it had to be replaced , i drive a 2006 evo 9 mr, and the garage said they got an evo 7 block with a new crankshaft and bearinh and is swapping out my old internals into the evo 7 block, are there any differnces between the evo 7 and 9 block and would there be any commections the wouldn't fit cause i read something about the evo 8 block having a smaller oil pressure sensor hole. Also je said he had to put the oil squirters from my old block into the new one as the evo 7 block doesn't have them. Thanks in advance

evo 7 block comes with oil squirters that would look just like the evo 9.
there are other turbo blocks such as the RVR that have a different style squirter. its much smaller and hidden on the crank bearing saddles. they work just as well just squirts from different spot.
