My friend gave me 3 maximum performance gauges oil temp, oil pressure, water temp. He gave me just the gauges and they are missing the needed sensors.

best bet is use Stewart Warner sensors otherwise they could read incorrectly.

What do you mean by universal? Not all things are created equal.
