No Start Issue

Hey everybody, few question about a no start issue I am having.

I did a turbo build including a Curt Brown 70mm with S90 and ID1700 on SD. I have a basemap tune on SD scaled for my 1700s.

When the car is started it will idle for about 5 seconds before it dies, the Fuelab FPR I have installed reads 43 psi on start up then after the motor dies it drops to about 20 and about 30 seconds later its at 0.
I am unsure if its supposed to hold solid pressure for a while or if its designed to bleed off. I have tried sourcing all fuel leaks and I cannot find anything.

I have tried playing around with the BISS Screw but nothing has changed. One thing I did notice is that my IACV gets very hot, I have pulled it off and measured it with a multi-meter and test it for movement when turning the key on/off.

Boost leak tested to 30 psi.

Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this? I have tried everything except for playing around with the map as I am not super knowledgeable in that area.

From what you say, it sounds like heat is causing the problem. Question to ask is, what would make your car shut off after it starts to get warm?

AFPRs will bleed off. No need to worry there.

Are you saying that the car will not start after this first initial 5 mins of running? And it wont start up until the vehicle is completely cooled down?

Not 5 minutes, 5 seconds.

The car will crank and turn over and then idle for about 5 seconds then die.

Was your car running fine on this tune before or are you trying to get it started with your new setup?

My bad. I read that wrong.

So 5 seconds and dies. Gotcha

Double check your grounds at the battery and chassis. Ohm it out too.
Unplug your maf and see if it starts. Then clean maf.

where did the basemap come from and are you working with a tuner or doing this yourself?

Car is on SD, it's a fresh tune with the fresh build.

Car has fuel, spark and air.

Car is on a fresh SD tune, car will idle roughly with the iac unplugged. I have not tried unplugging the map or the IAT sensor yet.

Battery is relocated and grounded properly. Everything from battery to link able fuse is fine.

what do your AFR's look like while its idling roughly? 1700's are pretty huge have you adjusted your min injector pulse width? What does your STFT look like while its idling? If you give it gas does it smooth out?

The car ran before this tune, but I changed so much on it over the winter it's hard to locate one solid thing.

Car was switched to Speed Density, adjustable fpr and larger injectors

Didn't mean to double post. I get Terrible service at work.

The afrs are all over the place, mainly due to having to play with the throttle to keep it running.

I'm waiting for the tuner to get back into town to look at it.

When the car dies or when it is about to die, what are your AFRs? If it's going lean then you need to adjust the startup fuel tables a bit. After you get your car tuned, then you may need to adjust these again.

When you start it up, keep your foot off the gas and pay attention to the afr gauge. Report back after your findings.

I will have to run a wire so my wideband sees constant voltage, I can do that after work tomorrow and get you a reading.
