Yup. Took three years to figure it out. Lol
my car also did it when my alternator went bad... but I had additional symptoms that you don't have.

This was happening to me too, turned out I had big boost leaks at the seals in the TB and all over my intercooler piping. Tightened all that and replaced the shaft seals in the TB, was all good.

currently waiting on puting in a doner tranny with a new clutch for a different problem and waiting to see when the problem arises again

Found a boost leak on Throttle body shaft seals, replaced them and so far I have better idle, no bogging when coming to a stop, and so far no bogging while cruising yet!

Wow, my shaft seals are untouched after 14 years. The openings may allow mice to get in.
