i agree with the others as far as stock car then the stock bov is fine. evo 8 bov is no good for high boost. you can find evo 9 bov pretty cheap.

I heard a properly "crushed" Evo IX bov can hold up to 30psi. Could be wrong.

A properly modified plastic one will hold all the boost you can make.

I've tested stock uncrushed 9 & 10 BOV's that held 26-30psi.

While a stock 9/X bov will hold 30psi, it will not do it forever. Mine held 30psi then the spring became weak and it lost its ability to hold that much. Most it would hold without leaking was 26/27. I have since switched to a TiAL QR with a 6psi spring and have not had a single issue at 30psi

I was referring to my X. I still have the Cobb on my IX. I was running 30psi on my stock X valve which is identical to the metal IX valve. Ran 30psi on it then it started leaking over time

Fixed it for you.

Just because you can't figure it out yourself, it doesn't mean that others can't.

Maybe you should lay off the drugs too.
Then your brain might function a bit better.

Stock BOVs don't leak and never have leaked.

What they do is they start to open at about 1 bar of boost.

like here.

But it's probably best that nobody ever figures it out, then sales of aftermarket low quality products won't be affected.
