Evo 8 Powered Porsche 911

Here are some track videos of my Porsche 911 powered by an Evo 8 2.3 stroker with FP red turbo. The first run was 11.9 at 122mph second run launch hard 11.5 at 122mph

what was that far car in the first run? looked like a probe

Looks like a 1990-1992 Toyota MR2. My 2nd guess would be Nissan 240SX.

It was a MR2 I babied it off the line... Porsche purest hate it lol... it drives and handles likes a dream it's my new daily driver...

I think it's a cool swap, but man, air cooled Porsches have skyrocketed in value. If that one had any, it's worth less now lol.

My dad had a 1985 turbo with some Ruf parts on it. Sold it for 35k a few years back. Now they're worth $100+

Thanks... I bought it with no motor,trans or rear 1/4 panels....it's just a blast to drive..

I love this swap. Did you swap motor and trans or keep the Porsche trans and get an adapter?

I have the stock Porsche trans with the adapter and custom flywheel.
