Cams or Bigger Intercooler?

I didn't see an intake on your list, so that would be one of the first things I would get (AEM). Also for affordability and what you're looking for in terms of power, you can go for an Evo 9 turbo, downpipe, lower IC piping and HFC/TP will get you there. The stock intercooler is already pretty good, and cams won't give you huge gains unless you are upgrading everything else IMO.

im thinking an fp turbo,
bigger intercooler,
bigger cams
and bigger injectors..
do u think that's sufficient enough?

I have an 03 evo 8 GSR
I wanna get to around 400-450hp
Cant decide whether to go with a bigger intercooler or big cams
with cams I'm thinking GSC S2 and will change springs and the head studs.
Currently running stock cams and the small stock evo 8 intercooler
Current mods
Walbro 255LPH Fuel pump
ACT Streetlite flywheel
Perrin 3" full exhaust system
Gates Perfomance timing and shaft belt
Hallman Pro RX MBC
and I have a TurboXS full piping kit on the way
got a pretty good deal
any advice would be greatly appreciated, even if its something other than IC or cams

400-450 is Impossible! even with Evo 9 Turbo, s2 cams and big intercooler and pump 93 gas.
I suggest,
Cams and big turbo! FP Red or black.

For the sake of this dicussion, I'd go with a nice Garrett core FMIC as was already mentioned, this will keep things reliably cooler run after run especially if you go with a larger turbo. A good camshaft upgrade will show a nice gain on your 8 and has been proven to over and over on stock turbo setups.

On 93 octane maybe some slight gains. E85 you get almost nothing. It just shifts the torque curve higher in the rpm range. But go ahead and try cams, hopefully you can fool yourself into thinking its got a lot more power after you speed all that $$$$.
