I am looking to get a carbon fiber trunk. I know that the best one would be Seibon. what are some other good choices? Also is Seibon the only one making dry carbon trunks?

Dont think Seibon is the best. Do-luck is considered top of line as far as I know

Seibon is more on par w/VIS (I run their front engine bonnet which is a nice piece)
These are not fully carbon trunks. They are fiberglass overlayed w/carbon fiber. Do-luck, i believe is fully CF

VIS and Seibon both take some work to install and make look correct. shimming, enlarging bolt holes, clip notches cut for trim if needed. ive no experience with do-luck.

Its really a question of which is actually lighter than stock. I've read that some brands are actually a downgrade in this respect.

Any carbon trunk should be lighter than the stock steel trunk (yes they really are steel). Imo, Varis makes the nicest carbon pieces for the Evo. Top shelf build quality, and yes their trunk is full carbon. http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...nk-carbon-3895

vis and seibon are basically knock off companies. Seibon definitely isn't the best....

Varis, Doluck, Chargepseed, C-west even ralliart made a cf trunk back in the hey day. All reputable brands with good fitment
