Evo Rear Bumper Alignment

Can anyone help point out why my rear bumper is slightly off? It used to line up perfectly and I think I was scraped or something (this was years ago now lol) and since then the alignment's been slightly off. Honestly not a huge deal, but if it's an easy fix.. I don't know if it's a bracket or what, hopefully someone here can let me know:

My bumper looked like this stock but think it looks better with the JDM installed. The bolts in pic 3 I think tend to be the issue. I'm looking forward to others to reply.

There are two nubs on top of the bumper cover which goes into slots on the fender. Whenever the nubs don't go into the slots, it will press against the fender thus creating this gap.

Undo the screw at wheel well (this one https://i.imgur.com/DYEWMJG.jpg ) and another bolt inside. Remove clips holding the bumper to the wheel well and you should be able to pull the bumper out. Realign the bumper, make sure it slots in both nubs and fit everything back. Better done as a two man job, one tightens while the other is holding it in place.
