Low mileage ‘06 MR and Maintenance?
I guess what I was saying is me personally... I do not think maintenance records is a deal breaker. And I am not so sure that timing belt would be in dire need of being done. That is my opinion
With threat being said... the service is very easy to do with the proper tools, and a little YouTube.
The car is in good shape, so it will be easy to work on.
Good luck

It looks like about $1500 to $1600 on average for everything if I don't do the seals and water pump. I'll have to make a decision this week. If I miss it, then oh well. Its just a car.. Dealerships.. Forget about it.
I would also need injectors and a retune. It has a remote tune through TSComptuned but I don't trust those. Though I will add that its pretty slick.
I'm also looking at a 3000GT which would be a maintenance nightmare. But that would be a project. I'm kind of leaning that way. Only issue us that it has some under body rust
I'd almost prefer the project at this point.I appreciate everyone's input
It became an obsession and I never had a chance to work on it or drive it anymore. I had the car for 5 years. Sold it with under 12k miles. Also had too many cars. So I listed it at a high and firm price and said if anyone bites, I will sell. So I followed through. Do I regret it? Absolutely... It was a great car.
Your opinion also goes along with a couple of the shops that I spoke to but I would likely do it anyway for piece of mind if I end up with the car. One of the shops quoted me only $350 for timing and drive belts.. not too bad, but that is after the $380 PPI

emmmmm I have a low millage MR for sale haha, less than 45k miles. I would say don't worry about the timing belt until somewhere close to 60k, unless you are planning on go to track or something else similar.
Depends on who you talk to. I ended up passing on this car. I actually had an extremely good deal on it but another person offered more so I let the owner take that offer. To be honest, if you are going to sell a car for a premium, make sure its maintained to the manufacturers specs for the miles and years that have passed. Just my opinion. I would have had to put an additional 1 to 2k for the maintenance alone.

Your best bet is to post as everyone else does at the premium and let the buyer decide. Most people can do the work themselves. I just didn't have the time to deal with it.
