Intercooler and charge piping

Hello once again everyone
Back again with a possible obvious question but I thought i'd ask it anyway because i can never find a straight answer specific to my situation i suppose
Running 25~ psi on stock intercooler is it better to upgrade the piping or the intercooler. Ive heard both are pretty good but some people are getting heatsoak so they knock up top on the rpm

Running the intercooler is the better upgrade. Piping by itself won’t reduce the air charge temperature. Start off with a FMIC and LICP. The LICP is the better bang for buck mod over the UICP.

+1. Especially if that's 25psi with the stock turbo
