Help,engine rebuild

Hi,guys i have a problem with my recent build. I got my Evo 9 mr 2 years ago, I didn' modify it for almost two years. Recently I m think build more horsepower so I ordered few stuff and put'em in. I ordered a fp red. However, after I did compression and leak down test, the result not so good. The leakdown test for cylinder 1-4 are 13%,30.6%,73.3% and 53.3%. The compression is 140 135 80 125. What should I do now...I live in Iowa City. Is there any shop can rebuild the engine for me>?

When you did a leakdown test, where were the leaks? Did you hear the hiss in the muffler tip, oil cover, or throttle body? If it is muffler or throttle body, then you need head work as your valves are not seating.

And if it is hissing from your oil cap, then your piston rings are bad and you need an engine overhaul.
You can also verify this by adding a capful of motor oil and do compression test on low compression cylinders. Compression should jump up.

To build it right, you should budget $4000 for block and $2,000 for head. And budget for shipping too.
