Chasing issue with zero progress

Before having timing belt teeth failure the car ran very well and strong, no problem. Notable components
Built 2.0 10.5:1 Kelford 272's
Koyo half radiator
6262 BB T3 .84 A/R
2000cc Bosch Injectors
JMF Fuel rail
-10 feed/-6 return w/ Fuel Lab FPR
Nuke Performance 3L surge tank w/ twin Bosch 044
in-tank pump - unknown
Run strictly on E85

I rebuilt the cylinder head (GSC stock size valves, seals, lifters), new OEM head gasket, reassembled and torqued everything.

Put the car back together. I made sure my timing marks all lined up perfect.

Now I am experiencing rich idle 11-13:1 on E85, rich part throttle 11's, No issues at WOT. Once I have gone into boost and slowed down at part throttle the car will seem to go rich/cut. Then off throttle the car will idle up and then settle then stall out. Once it has stalled out, you can't start the car again for an hour or so.

What I have done so far is
-New Omni 4bar
-New Cam Sensor
-Adjusted throttle cable
-Clean/Test Injectors and rewired pig tails (original owner used wire nuts *facepalm*)
-Verified Fuel Pressure 43.5psi at idle and EvoScan Pump Actuator

What I have left to check and/or replace
- Re-verify timing marks and trigger plate
- CAS
- Coolant Temp Sensor
- Fuel pump (in-tank)
- Reverify boost leak test
- IAC
- TPS (acting strange 13.333% off, 13-15% idle)

I am at the point I may just need to take it to a shop because I am pushing my luck doing some of the work in my apartment complex parking lot. Just thought I would post to get another set of minds to help me out.

What do your Long term fuel trims look like? I think the front narrowband 02 sensor is highly suspect.

Ohhh that is something I missed to mention. For a long time the front narrowband throws a P0134 I have even replaced the sensor no change and wiring looks undamaged. But it hadn't caused an issue prior to cylinder head rebuild.

I would start chasing that down, its certainly going to be related to your issues.

Well I was checking over fuses and wiring for the front o2 and now I have a new problem....fuel pumps are not turning on. While looking over wiring I found all sorts of stuff that needs to be fixed, looks like its time to just take it to a shop before my apartment complex has the car towed.
