Evolution 9 ABS Cluth Pedal

Hi

Hope everyone is having a good times with their dsm / evos

Wanted to ask

What is the deal with Evo clutch pedals

Broke the bracket of mine and when i go to buy one i find out there is a non abs and abs clutch pedal

The clutch pedal on my previosly broke and was changed so iam not sure witch one i have

Also the bracket where the pedal goes broke too and have to solder

If your car has ABS(I think only RS models had none, I'm probably wrong) you should be able get the right pedal. I just looked at the spare I have and it's got 2 switches on it, I have no idea how either is related to the ABS.

Correct, the RS models did not have ABS.

I hadnt heard about the Clutch pedal bracket breaking till this year and now this is about the 5th time its come up. Something tells me its going to be a more common thing in the future. I dont know the answer but in to learn it...

I WAS gonna sell my spare stuff...not so sure anymore because of exactly that

These cars are aging. Clutch choice may also pay a role. A single disk with a strong pressure plate is going to leverage the clutch assembly more then a exedy twin . I've driven a few of these cars that needed alot of force to disengage the clutch.
