Mitsubishi Evo 8 boost problems

Hey guys, I’m new to the evolution forums. I’ve been having a problem with my Evo, I don’t know where else to go but here.
Mitsubishi evolution 2003. It’s got a built motor, 272 cams, stock manifold ( ported), stock exhaust manifold (ported), 2100 injectors, 450 fuel pump hardwired, spooling coil packs, aftermarket turbo (Cavalli) with a smart turbo iwg, ETS Inter cooler and pipping, stock bov.
So car drove fine for a while then **** started to hit the fan. I solved a lot of issues it had and now I’m stuck with this issue I can’t figure out.
car turns on, but when trying to accelerate it bogs (like if it wants to die), once I’m actually driving I can hear the turbo spooling then I try to accelerate more and car literally sounds like it’s 2 stepping. The car makes no boost, back fires, and revs stay the same as I try to accelerate. Please help me!
No check engine light, no boost leak (besides my EWG nipple is leaking slightly, tested the ewg arm and it works fine, new fuel pump, recently clean Injectors, semi new spark plugs gapped to .20. Car does run on e85 but switched to 91 bc it’s been sitting now don’t want the lines to rott.
please any help will be accepted.
( change cam sensor problem is still there)

Does it do it constantly now? cam position sensors are known to go. When mine went the car would start and idle fine, when I went to drive it, it would start missing heavily and not have any power what so ever.

Yes the car does it constantly, every time. I was thinking about the cam sensor too. I might as well try to change it. Thanks I’ll try to place an order tonight.
if I remove the cam sensor would it show signs of it being old or needed of replacing?

if you have hardwired the 450 to be full power all the time then you are likely over running your fuel system. If your using the stock fuel lines and regulator then you are certainly over running your fuel system at low loads.

I’ve ran this setup for a good year, never had an issue until now.

You should still look into wiring up the pump for dual voltage, even if its not your primary issue right now.

If you post some logs it will help people give better feedback / diagnose your issue.

alright sounds good, I’ll look into that. Is there anything else I can do? I switched out the cam position sensor and still running the same.
