Throwing cam and crank cel after driving car hard around switchbacks

I was driving my car really hard around some tight corners with my buddies and when we got to the end my tac went to 0 and the car felt weird. I pulled over and it died when I threw it in neutral. Cranks but won’t start. Throwing p0340 and p0335 as well as a cylinder 2 misfire code which I’m pretty sure is unrelated. Any idea what happened? I’m guessing either one of the sensors went out or I jumped timing? Any advice helps

First thing I would do is pull top cam gear cover and verify timing marks. Visually inspect belt for excessive slack or and kind of damage. Maybe pull plugs to see what they look like. Check all IC pipes and vaccuum lines.

When my car jumped timing I had a similar issue. Check your timing and inspect your crank sensor for damage.

Did a compression test and I have 120-130 across the board all the spark plugs are dirty but not damaged.

that's a little low if it was engine warm but at least the numbers are close to each other, did you check the timing already?

figured out that it was my crank sensor which gotten taken out by something. The trigger wheel is bent a bit and when i pulled off the timing cover one needle bearing fell out so I think that is what caused all the damage. This sensor is so horrible to replace btw.

Needle bearing and the sensor is broken? Take pictures and post. You have a bigger issue going on there

Not sure if it’s a needle bearing but it looks like one

It fell apart when I was wrestling it out of the car. It was defiantly destroyed when i popped the Cover off. Just not in pieces

This is the dent in the trigger plate

it doesn’t have the little slit that a dowel pin has so I don’t think it is but I may be wrong

That pin came from somewhere, but I'm not sure where. Nothing under the cover uses anything like that. Do you run the run the car with both timing covers on, or is the upper not on it for some reason (which would allow foreign objects in)?

I have always ran all covers on timing area. Nothing seems out of place. I’m putting it back together wuth new parts and going to hope for the best
