Built Evo 8 Randomly Breaking up

Built Evo 8
2.0L 10.5:1
Haltech ECU
6466
E85

Tuned at 39 PSI

The car randomly breaks up at high RPM high boost. Seems to be more prominent when I hit WOT right away. It will for the most part not break up if I EASEEEE into it.

We though it was my Ignition system (JDC GTR coils) the car seemed to work with an old sparktech system. I have since went back down to a regular denso coil ignition system with my plugs gapped lower to .019. The car still breaks up. We tested my ignition on another car and it works just fine.

I'm now lost, and don't even know where to look next? We did a boost leak check, fixed a minor leak and still nothing changed. Thinking of looking at fuel next? maybe failing pump or clogged filter? Could it be a sensor cam or crank sensor possibly? HELP!!

Should also mention, the logs look normal form what I can tell. If someone who has experience with haltech wants to take a look I'll be more than happy to send a log

Post up the logs, maybe one can help.

Side question, Are you running a double pumper set? if so, is haltech controlling the 2 pump or is it on a hobbs.

Dumb question, but have you tried going a little tighter on the spark plug gaps? I know that my car will break up at 40lbs with too large of a gap.
