Exedy Twin Disc clutch not fully disengaging

My twin disc has 500 miles on it. I had to drop the tranny due to reverse gear seizing to countershaft running on low fluid. Before I dropped it clutch worked fine. Now I put everything back and the clutch doesn’t fully disengage. I have the car in the air and In 1st gear with the clutch all the way down the tires still spin. There’s no leaked from SC or CMC, SC was just changed with clutch, CMC is still the same from previous owner. I’ve tried adjusting CMC all the way both directions but no difference. Is the clutch done at 500 miles?

*edit*

I turned the pushrod all the way out and I think it bent slightly, don’t kno if that’s an issue. Also forgot to mention I never removed clutch after I took tranny out. It sat for some time I seen surface rust on the floater plates didn’t think it was an issue.

So I held the clutch down in 1st and revved the life out of it and now the tires don’t move with the clutch all the way down YAY. Now I think I broke my CMC for no reason YAYY. I hate EVOs
