Evolution compression numbers
Evolution compression numbers
My compression numbers are 120/120/90/120 without stepping on throttle and car warmed up. Are those numbers bad? I’m pretty sure cylinder 3 is bad since it’s off by 30, so I’m going to do a leak down test on it to see what’s wrong. Is 120 considered low for the other 3 or if it’s ok? Car has 160k miles, got it last year never drove it or done maintenance on it yet. This is for a 9 if it makes any difference
i did read that 9 compression are lower, but 120 sounds kinda low. i also saw others with 9 are aound 150. car is all stock. i am re doing my compression test this weekend with the throttle fully opened and hopefully i'll see better numbers
