I was pulling my engine last weekend and when i was done pulling the transfercase off the transmission this was on the ground. Does anyone know what it is?

 

It's a ball thrust bearing and is not part of the Evo transfer case or transmission to my knowledge. It may have been on the ground already or dropped top of the transmission in the past. Nothing to worry about.

 

Thank you so much I didn't think i was looking through the service manual and didnt see anything that was like it. I just wanted to make sure no one else had ever seen it before either.
