Turbo smart actuator questions, please help

Hi All, I recently replaced the 14 PSI version TURBOSMART internal actuator on my EVO7 due to the old stock one is leaking.
After the replacement I noticed that when hitting full boost I’m only seeing 0.7-0.8 bar on my boost gauge, before replacement I could run up to 1.2-1.4 bar of boost with WOT? Is it because of connected something wrong? Could you please give me some advise?
mods are: Ralliart ECU, catback exhaust, DW fuel pump, intake
Thanks

You will likely need to adjust wgdc with the new actuator, aka update the tune.

Set the preload properly (the shaft going to the control rod on the flapper), and make sure the spring stackup in the actuator is actually set to 14psi. Typically if the spring stack is 14psi, it will come in LOWER and so you may need to change the springs. Turbosmart has a graph on what combo springs result in what pressure (color coded). Lastly, as RobbieOh said you probably need to adjust the tune as well.
