Evo power intermittent power issue

Hey everyone,
as the title says I have a weird power issue. This is a 2005 evo 8 MR. The mods are as follows:
injen cold air intake
cobb 3 ECBS
JDC coil on plugs
cobb catless down pipe
tomei exhaust
walbro 255 fuel pump
Tomei arms 18g turbo
Megan racing header
car is pro tuned by Anthony berry
innovate afr gauge , oil pressure. And coolant temp

last month I replaced turbo and header. I had the car retuned for the modifications as well. Car ran great for a day or two. Then it was running very very lean and the engine and exhaust had a very loud note to it. Kinda sputtered on start up. It would run but had no power and no boost. Reflash the ecu and it would run top notch for an hr or so then go back to the no power can’t get up a hill deal. There is no CEL either
So far here are the things I’ve replaced :
New Omni 4 bar MAP sensor
New MAF
New fuel pump
checked the gap on all plugs
Checked all the injectors.
Went thru everything with a fine tooth comb looking for vacuum leaks. Nothing.
Somebody has to know what the hell is going on here!!!

It goes back to normal after reflashing? That's pretty weird.
I would try and disconnect the battery after it enters this low power mode and see if after the battery is disconnected for like 15 minutes if it goes back to normal.

It doesn't make a lot of sense that reflashing "fixes" it for a bit.

maybe its dual map and its defaulting to the other tune?

That is a good thought! I don't do the dual maps thing so I always forget that's a possible issue. It would fit the symptoms well!

Update

Hey guys thanks for the input. Yes sometimes I start it up and it runs fine for like half hr then goes to ****. Did a compression test yesterday. They were 175 almost perfect across all for
did a boost leak test. No leaks at all up to 20psi. So what the hell? This **** is driving me up the f***ing wall guys!

Are you on SD or MAF is still connected? when I went SD my MAF was still connected and it didnt like it

No my friend. I never flashed my SD map. Still on the stock MAF.

hmm not sure what your setup is. If I switch to old MAF tune I have to also reinstall my 3bar MAP sensor.

The problem is likely going to be one or both of these. They're giving bad readings and your car is not able to accurately meter the air. Resetting the tune deletes any custom "learning" with default baseline/safe values. When you drive the car a while, the ECU replaces the baseline values with measured values to improve performance...but if the sensors are not metering properly this will result in the problems you are experiencing.
