better get some better designers for the new cars... the evo's deisgn is kinda in my opinion gettin bad to worse from evo 6 onwards....juz my opinion.the evo 6 is the sexiest evo ard....
tht concept looks like **** man....if the evo were ever to turn like tht i think i rather buy a sti(if they keep their stylin....tht concept evo looks like a stupid hatchback.YUCKS.....well hope it remains a concept forever...ha...
although u may argue inside the evo is wad matters...but seriously...looks do matter...if not u guys jolly-well put the evo engine into a mini cooper...no offence again =).

that is too radical a change of appearance. but not too bad. hope it is a 4dr sedan, if it is a hatchback, no thanks! the evo 5 was too radical then but the design lived on!Trending Topics
I think you guys are missing the point of the car. Its to win rallies not impress people with looks. If you watched WRC you would notice that Mitsu is doing horrible in the current evo and the smaller peugeot and ford hatchbacks are dominating. Its definately not going to be another 4 door sedan!
Well I think they are releasing it to the public...as the new Colt ?? I think i saw some pics of it somewhere. And yes the only reason they are discontinuing the Lancer Evo (4 door sedan) is because they are doing so bad with it. Maybe the change will be better for them, like it was said before this WRC concept was not made to win stylistic contests.
There have always been hatchbacks and sedans raceing in WRC together and the hatchbacks don't always win. I belive Tommi would be able to argue this one. However there is an advantage to the smaller car,
could easily make some good compitition for the 206 if they spent enough money to have 3 fully tuned and ready evo8's at every event and have at least 3 truly great driver (colin, burns, sainz, solberg, gronholm, etc.)
