This GReddy Shift knob screws right on the 10mm threads:

It's very heavy (440 grams), improves shifting, and feels great in the hand. The only problem is that it gets rather hot after being in a closed car parked outside in the summer sun.

Team Voodoo Pearl Aluminum. Screws on perfect. Heavier than stock. Matches the interior. Fits in the palm of your hand perfectly. No gap on the boot. Works with B&M and Perrin short shifters. Best of all, it doesn't get that hot at all because of the pearl coating (that pearl coating is so smooth in your hand too!) ! You can get them cheap at Smanders Motorsports (www.smanders.com).

Kartboy makes nice one, heavier than stock. I happen to have one for sale that I had on my evo before my son wrecked it. It has the blue insert and is a direct screw-on. Very secure and fits perfect. $20 shipped. I also have a stock leather covered knob, also in perfect shape.
