Evo VIII US and Europe spec

What is the difference between US and Euro spec of Evo VIII?

Euro-spec Evo VIIIs are basically J-spec cars (except for the Evolution 260, which has engine modifications to allow to pass EUIII emission standards). Thus, just compare a US-spec to a J-spec Evo.

So comparing J/E-spec with US-spec the latter has:
* no AYC (any other drivetrain differences?)
* bigger tank
* 5-speed box only
* 271bhp

Anything else?

less sticky tire than US spec

Did anyone have the opportunity to drive both Euro and US spec and can compare the rides?

Is US spec more prone to understeer? What about turn-in reaction?
