Maybe I'm crazy, but, does this signify the resurrection of the Mirage, seeing as that was what a Dodge Colt translated to during the DSM days?

"' The colt ' of the new model compact car it sells the Mitsubishi automobile on November 11th. According to information muscle price was decided recently and reservation incoming order was made to start.

1.3 When, also 1.5 liter car there are 3 types, it is the FF, as for 1.3 standard 104.3 ten thousand Yen, casual: 114.5 ten thousand Yen, elegance version: 129.5 ten thousand Yen. 1.5 Standard 116.3 ten thousand Yen, sport version: 143 ten thousand Yen, sport version X: 149.5 ten thousand Yen. The 4WD to be set respectively, 18 ten thousand increases in yen value.
LOL. Write it "143 Man Yen" one 10,000 Yen note is known as Ichi Man Yen. Man = 10,000 in Japanese. Pronounced "Mon" as in "Irie Mon, me hates da ruff n rambo bizness"... or like "the mon in Monsters, Inc. As a caveat, "Banzai" means "Ten Thousand Years", so when the chinpira Banzai to their Oyabun, that's a big mess of little pinkies gettin' sliced off. Know what I mean? Check Mitsubishi's Japanese site for the PDF and some pretty sweet pix of what I thought was a butt ugly car. The Colt, my @ss. It's just another name. Like Corolla. Not a smattering of semblance to the original ride...Thanks for the head's up tho!

Hey watch your lip! The corolla actually looks good this time around! :-)
Lets hope if there's a performance midel of the colt, it went to a different group of the designers!

Note the specs. The car uses 1.3l and 1.5l MIVEC DOHC engines.
It looks like is reviving the MIVEC line. Judging from the output though, it does not look like they made any major improvements to the mechanical timing components... still seems to be just a straightforward 2 stage system...
Anyone have any more info or details?

Yeah, you're right shaft. The '03 Corolla made me do an Exorcist double-take on the freeway, yesterday. D@mn near snapped my head right off. The Colt actually does have some pros in the style category. If it looks like a Vanoe, PRVRTOZ, it's because Daimler Chrysler is driving design engineering to fit the mid end of the same market niche.
