I heard from a dealer when I was searching for mine that Mitsu imported only about 1,000 MR edition Evos, but this was from a dealer who didn't have one and wanted to charge me a comission of $2500 (on top of MSRP) for another dealer to send a graphite grey one directly to me (not passing through his stock at all).

Im a salesmen for mitsubishi. they made 1500 MR's period. no more in 05 or 06

I thought the Evo IX will have a MR edition also.

the 09 will... hell i know 2 dealerships around me that have 5+ MR's left.... they just arent selling well.... mainly because of the insane markup...

they even offered me 2000 under invoice, but didnt want to give me **** for my 03, so i said f it... and left, lol
