What Don't You Like About Your Evo??
 

Hey Guys, I'm in the process of getting and Evo soon...hopefully. I know why I think the Evo is badass {thumbup} , but I was wondering if there was anything abou the Evo that you guys don't like? {thumbdwn}

The paint, the interior, the rattles, and it looks bland compared to other sports cars, and it's too high off the ground, looks like a box, but other than that I like it.

my passenger seat has started to hold conversations with me. but when someone sits in it, it stops all of the sudden.. i don't know. i mean, it really doesn't bother me, but i wish someone else could hear it.

its a bit rough on the bumps and the clutch sucks... but you can fix the clutch with a few hundred!

is there anything not to like about the evo? oh yes the maintenance, but it's all good as long you manage your finances well.

ok?... its the easiest vehicle i have worked on for maintenance you dont even need to jack your car up for a oil change.

anyways what i dont like:
It is highly uncomfortable on the freeway
the wing is kinda ricey as well as the stock tails
interior is very plain
seats dont fold down: for snowboards :(
gas mileage as well as the size of the tank
the weird rattle under the passenger seat somewhere

but fun to drive that is for sure

2222222222222 Much attention. Well since the wing is off Most RICERS think its a RA with a widebody kit. police dont stare as much either.

Interior noises. But honestly, for what you pay for it, you can't complain.

If you want a quite, luxerious, spacious, smooth, etc... you should buy a BMW for 40k+

Can't just park it anywhere becasue it is hot for thieves in terms of breaking in

Revs at 4000 rpm at 80 mph (or somewhere near that), no cruising gear

no complaints other then the factory speakers not the infinity ones could be better.

Haha, I dont know what your talking about. I fit a set of full length ski's in the car last weekend and went skiing. Heck, if fit an engine hoist in the car the weekend before. I agree though, the back seats folding down would be more of a convienience, Backseat works just as good for most times, just depends on how many people you want riding with you :lol:


I dont like coming back to my car to find sticky handprints all over my windows :mad:

Poor/inconsistent clutch feel, thin paint, goofy temperature control knob hangs up or sticks when going between hot and cold, that's about it.
