Philip's 4300K (9006) HID conversion for non HID EVO's

Is that what everyone is using? I bought a IX- non SSL and I HATE the lights. Just wanted to get some feedback on this setup.

Thanks

Honest to god bro, I would go with some 5000k's because a lot of the 4300k kits look yellowish if there not standard from the factory. 5000ks usually look really white with a slight difference in hue along the boundaries. Anything above that will clearly show color. Good Luck.

Once u go with HID's you'll never go back.

I am using this set up .. Denso OEM ballasts with Philips OEM 4300K bulbs. Color on the road is like stock HID and doesn't attract cops. The blue/purple "color" when you look directly at a HID headlight is caused by the projectors so you won't get the color with the 4300K kit. But the light on the ground is the same color as the OEM HID - it just looks different when you look straight at the headlight from outside. If you want the blue/purple light color you can get the higher Kelvin kits - which IMHO looks really ricey and decreases your light output.

These guys carry the 9006 kit I bought. OEM quality and reliability. {thumbup}
