I got to do something similar, 2 weeks ago. My father-in-law took the family on this off road racing adventure in baja.
Here are some links to the company: http://homepage.mac.com/john.mann/iMovieTheater3.html http://www.wideopenbaja.com Imagine being turned loose in Baja for 3 days with a retired Navy SEAL/Baja racer as your guide. We were hitting jumps at 80+, with 2 seconds of hang time, power sliding around corners, running flat out over lake beds, and along the beach. It was unbelievable! We drove about 250 miles per day. Part of the trip covered last years Baja 1000 course. My wife drove half of the first day (remember, her dad paid for this), and said she had had enough. I got to drive for the rest, 2.5 days. We went from Cabo to La Paz to Puerto San Carlos to Mulege. We would take off at 9 am, meet up with the support crew for a freshly prepared lunch, fuel, and repairs at mid-day, and then roll into town at 6 pm. The crew would be handing you a cold beer before you could get your helmet off. After that, it was time for a shower, then the group would meet in a bar, where the tour company paid for all the drinks! We would then have dinner, drink some more, then crash. After that, it was time to get up, have breakfast, AND DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!! It was the vacation of a lifetime! |
Thanks much! Great eye candy.

Great post. Enjoyed the vids.
