I can't believe this! Plz Read!!!
So Vegasboy posted a video we made to show to all. Then was kicked off without warning. I'm pretty sure most of you know him for his amazing pictures he's posted.
He's been a member here for 4 Years. Back when it was just a lancer forum and not EvoM. This is ridiculous and he wasn't even given a warning. This post will probably get deleted too and pretty soon the Vegas thread will close cuz we'll all be leaving. What a shame. |

Didnt the mods give him a warning when he was suspended for the same thing last week? Gotta follow the rules. Im sure an apology to spt would go a long way, threatening to boycott wont.

wow hes one of the original members but if he violated any of the polices then he cant be treated any different then from a troll who would do the same...
but a warning would have been nice |

It was probably for speeding on public roads? Or maybe the drifting in the parking garage? :( sucks that was a good vid and his pics are amazing.

Evom has a policy to not allow street racing threads and videos. Any such post will be removed immediately and the poster given one warning. If it is illegal do not post. Allowing street racing discussions and videos legitimizes an illegal activity that is dangerous and could cost us (owners) the right to modify our cars. Review the number of "cop stop me posts" here. Many of those stops are local townships overtly (some heavy handed) trying to stop street racing. Additionally, state legislatures are considering laws making it illegal to modify our cars other than shift knobs and floor mats. Take your racing to the track please and post that LS1 kill in a timed event under safe conditions. Finally, if you don’t like the policy then spend a year here as positive contributor and all around good citizen. Then you might be considered for a moderator position and if accepted then lobby to change the policy. Thanks. |
