Damaged Evo's and Sti's
 

I'm really looking for a Damaged EVO to build strictly for track and/or for road racing(SCCA). I have found an STI(not first choice) going for a thousand(on ebay), but clearly it has no brakes, engine, or anything.
Although the body looks pretty good. How much would buying an engine, brakes, transmission, etc run me up for?
If anyone knows of any place online to look for damaged evo's for a low price, please recommend so to me. As well if anyone knows of any site that has damaged sti's. Thanks.
Also, I don't mind an 03 evo, with high miles, etc or an impreza wrx from 2002, non sti.

look around the junked cars that are sold in whole and not parted around your area. there should be tons. ask around for people that totaled their cars and find out where the cars went. My friend rebuilds and sells cars as a weekend job and he gets all of his cars from local car junkyards.
