I'm back - third times the charm (Another MR in Indy)!
What's better than previously owning two killer Evo's? Picking up your third of course!! Now that I'm no longer travelling every week for a living, I decided to pick up a car I can enjoy every day... new to the family: Graphite Grey 2006 Evolution IX MR.
I won't bore you with too many pictures; you've all seen them before - but I just wanted to drop back in and say hello! http://mywebpages.comcast.net/sahmto..._Evo_IX_MR.jpg |
Nice! What happened to the other two?

I am wondering also? |
Wow congratulations on your third evo! I just bought mine about a month and a half ago, and I was considering between the TB and GG. I ended up going with the TB because it would be a little more rare (TB MR), however it is a pain in the ass to keep clean. GG looks sooo nice also. I was really torn.
Looks nice! |
Welcome back!

My second Evo (red one in signature) was sold to a member of this board in Nevada who intended to become active in racing. I was starting to ramp up on a job path that required immense amounts of work and customer travel, so having a Evo was an unnecessary burden on garage space and insurance costs. Literally the only driving I was doing was back and forth to the airport, and the last place you should leave an Evo is a parking lot every week. I'm really glad to be back; you just can't match this kind of enjoyment for the money. :D |
so how is the mr compared to your other evo's?
|
Nice screen name - it's just missing an "R" on the end. =P

Glad to hear you've had three evo's for legitimate reasons
What years were your other two? I'm thinking you may have had one of each.. 03 05 and now the 06 IX :D I remember seeing the page about the black evo some time ago :) |
Gotta love that GG:)
