What the heck... rear seats don't fold down?

Or am I just a dumbass who can't find the switch/lever/button to lower them?

Nope...no folding rear seats. Even if they did, it would be pretty useless...there is a sheetmetal brace welded in the opening to stiffen the rear section of the car.

I'm pretty sure they dont fold down.

Didn't know that... Damn.

Thanks.

That "opening" would've been wide enough to bring home my desk (unassembled).

"Reason for your return sir?"
"Hmmm, I don't think that my rear seats fold down, so I don't have enough room to stick this in my car."

Wait a minute, you're listed as an Evolved Member with 700+ posts and you just now realized that Evo's don't have fold down rear seats? I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the ignorance.

Yeah... threads about rear seats not folding down don't exactly pop up every day. and this is the first time in the 4 months that I've had the Evo that I needed to carry something home.

Every car that I've had has had folding seats, including the Ralliart. I didn't even know that there are cars whose rear seats don't fold down.
