Why won't my bumper fit!!!!???!!!!
I just got done installing my xs power fmic. I have an injen licp, and a stock uicp. When I just had the injen licp my bumper fit fine! Now that I just installed the fmic I cant get the stupid bumper to go on all the way! Surely someone has used this combination before! Any ideas?

you may have to trim the bumper alittle, i had to with the buschur race fmic
|
trim it where?
|
well jus see where the bumper hits the fmic and trim there!
|
The thing is, is that it doesnt look like its even touching the fmic??
|
Well then trim the rear bumper and that should even things out!!
|
This ought to be rather straightforward...look around and see where it's hitting and go from there. You can place some putty or a glob of grease or something on the bumper and see where the putty/grease gets squished, and trim appropriately.

on the bumper, there is two clip looking (They are shaped lile an "L") things that are made of metal (one on each side about 2 inches from the center grill) Does anyone know if they are supposed to go into the big holes on the Metal part that supports the bumper? (The big holes are right below the headlights)

look and see if your LICP is hanging down and making contact with that part of the bumper. That would cause you issues elsewhere.

when i had my xs power/ ams copy intercooler everything fit fine
but if something is touching the bumper just trim it a little |

Try rolling your Hose clamp screws "down". If they are forward they will hit the bumper.

all these simple "bolt on" fmic's require some trimming of something or another to fit right. Lucky you, I had to take my front crash beam out to get mine to fit right.
