Exhaust Rattle
 

At first my exhaust only rattled after high speeds especially when exiting off the freeway. Now it rattles pretty much all the time. What is causing this rattle?
I have an evo 2 cat back exhaust. Stock DP and Cat.

idk maybe its hitting something did you think of looking under the car and shaking the exhaust

ive been having the same problem with my AMS TBE, but only at low speeds (starting and stopping). havent figured out what it is yet tho. will pm you when i do

Nothing should rattle if all the bolts are tightened down correctly. Even in that case you would hear the exhaust note way off if they were not. Check where your hanger is, maybe its banging on something around there.

I installed my TBE last weekend, its a Megan DP, Perrin HFC and Megan CB.

The flanges on the Megan CB are not straight/true, and it causes the exhaust to sit improperly on the car, so it rattles a little bit now and then. I took it to Bishop's and we verified the issue, and I'm returning the Megan and exchanging it for a Greddy TiC. Check out right before the rear axles..

My $.02 ... your resonator is rubbing against the driveshaft knuckle right in the middle of the car.
