Lancer armrest in a evo.
 

This is one of the best mods for comfort yet. Why they didnt put this peice in here is beyond me. I guess its a lancer thing only. No more headaches from the useless stock armrest.

Lancer armrest repainted to match the interior. Best free mod ever.

I am trying to source more. Its great I can finnally shift and relax my arm. This armrest made me as happy as the day I installed cruise control on my evo.


The stock one is a quarter the height of this one.

what year lancer is that from?

I was happy that day until i found out how much the cruise throttles back in forth, I can't stand to use it. What kind do you have?

What??? You got cruise control on your Evo? About the arm rest thing, I don't know why they even invent it because it's not even helping us rest our arms! Unless they're build for them tall guys who push their seat all the way back:lol:

You probably have the little switches set wrong - the switches that tell the cruise how many cylinders and how many counts on the speedo sender.

My aftermarket cruise on my Evo works better than the factory cruise on my WRX.

Maybe, I had the dealer install it last week as part of a deal for the car so I dont know how it works. Ill try and figure it out im sure if they can do it i can do it.

Yes the armrest is great, still doesnt beat the factory turbo. :) I actually dont know what year it came from. The car was pretty much stripped when I got it.

The Ralliart one is pencil-thin too...I had no idea the ES ones were thicker.

I dont mind the armrest much since i rest my wrist on the shifter :)

A similar one came with the SSL IX that I have. I have not found a hidden compartment in the lid, though. Now I need to run out and see if there's one there. I seriously doubt it, but that would be so cool.

In any case, mine does open up, and it does have a nice leather-covered lid. Doesn't the regular Evo have a hinged lid?

nice and messy. The 8-9 with ssl had a thin leather armrest. It sucks. I am selling my leather if anyone wants it.

thats pretty coo but i never liked mine in the OZ, it got in the way when i shifted, i would raise it up when i was driving spiritedly, which was 90% of the time.

do you got cruise control? cause we dont, u got a keyhole in your glovebox? cause we don't.
