Only EVO VIII's?
Hello all, one of my first posts here..
I wanted to ask where all the guys with EVO V's and EVO VI's have gone... I mean your EVO VIII's are all very beautiful but its strange how the VI and V generation is forgotten here...:) I still think that EVO VI was the most beautiful EVO of all times...:) Am I the only one in these forums who owns EVO VI TME?:) Also as a newbie on these forums I want you to show my car. JSpec, Love the car, but I think you interior set-up can do some "rearranging and redecorating". You gauges and wires are all over the place!!! Other than that, your car is immaculate!!! :drink: :drink: :shoot: :shoot: :shoot: STi |
Well I really like the styling of any Evo from the 6 onwards.... for Evo 6 TME, blue is the color.... :D

How long have you had it?
Where did you get it? What kind of hoops did you have to jump through to get it imported, insured, titled, etc... Thanks! |

I have a Std Edition 6.
The differences seem to be: 1) Smaller Intercooler (I'm changing mine anyway) 2) I have a climate control system, not the normal air-con you have 3) The front lip on mine doesn't look quite as aggressive as yours 4) My exhaust curves before it exits, but mine is also right hand drive, so it might have something to do with that. 5) My wheels are silver, but of the same design 6) I don't have the Go Faster Stripes on the side, (and mine is white too) I think there are some other differences. Not sure if mine is one of the titanium turbos or the standard turbos. May change that soon anyway. We'll see. Anyway, nice ride :) My mods so far are: 3" turbo back exhaust Cold Air intake Tuned with Perfect Power Boost increased with PowerDigger Boost Controller Planned: New exhaust manifold about to go in once I polish it up Hybrid Monster Intercooler (800x350) Tomei 260 x 10.8mm Cams, Cam Gears and Valve springs on order from Japan Port and polish head while the cams are being fitted Possibly a new turbo, once a friend finishes designing it. |
