evo comfortable? I am 6'4"
I was just wondering how bigg the average owner of the evo8 is. I am 6'4" about 290 football player size. Will the evo8 becomfortable? as in will I fit :)

Easily comfortable. This car's got so much room! The seats may be too tight for ya, but you probably won't have leg room problem or overhead problems at all.
easy answer.. YES.. a friend of mine is 6'7 and found the car had enough leg room and seat adjustment so his knees didn't hit the dash or steering wheel..
Bro....I'm 6'6"....fits like a glove!!!!!
head room and leg room, yes! The seat might be uncomfortable for tho.
You'll be okay with the headroom, but 290... A friend of mine who's about 210 said that the Recaros were pretty tight. Try it out on a showroom car. :)

I am also 6'6" and I fit fine, but then again I used to stuff my self into an Integra Type-R, anything is big conpaired to that. But I find the Evo moderatly confortable on log trips. If you think about it there is no other car (four door rally car) that will give you this much room and perform like it does.

i'm 6'
i find the evo has lots of leg/head room... the recaro slides far back, that you should be cool... i don't like the evo on long drives, my leg gets tired holding down the gaS!!! |
ok kewl I guess I will try on out in the show room. and see if I can get it for 30k out the door. :) thank you for your fast responses.

6'3'' 210 with sunroof here..np but you are a big guy so the seats will be a smidge tight
I'm 6'3" 210 pounds like everyone said headroom wont be a problem, not to sure about the width though
6'6" 250 I fit ok without the sunroof. If I'm in "Club Mode" with the hair all messed up it can hit the headliner. It's also a tight squeeze with a helmet. Much better than any other car I've owned before. Especially over my 3rd Gen RX-7(FD). There's also an easy way to make adapters to lower the seat about 1 inch.
