Rattle noise driving me CRAZY!!

i been having this rattle noise in the passenger side of my car for a very long time...not sure why but just recently its driving me nuts... i can't figure out what it is... there was a TSB on the windshield rattle on p/s.. i already did that but thats not yet... it only rattles when i give in a little gas... at idle or in driving...every time i give it a little gas and i hear a rattle and its very noticeable... i almost tore the whole dash apart and still can't find it... sounds like its coming from the blower motor area... ..anyone had this simiiar problem and can guide me in the right direction?

it started rattling about 2 years ago...i tried to fix it at first but couldn't figure it out and im going to take a jab at it again

mine rattles around the air bag area on the passanger side. if i touch the dash at that spot it goes away. also that trim peice close to it. super annoying tho. so perhaps its a similar rattle.. in terms of my car thats where id start. i dunno if that helps at all.. least i feel your pain :D

i have a good 4 rattles somewhere

the only rattle i have sometimes is from my glove box and only when its really cold out. Odd but seems like its not in the fully closed position and thats why it rattles a litttle bit but like i said only when its really cold out. Other than that, my car is rattle free :)

i checked the air bag area...but the weird thing is it only rattles when i give it some gas.. i tapped all over the place...it dont rattle...just when i give it some gas...

Evos are famous for random noise making...crank up that stereo!

You'll always have a rattle in an EVO. The exhaust hits the resonate frequency of the sheet metal of the car.

Could it be the passenger window? If the padded guides that hold it slip off or something then the window would be rattling against metal when vibrating.

The rattling you hear from the passenger side could be your window wiper.

This exact thing happened on my daily driver (Subaru Legacy).

i thought it was from somewhere outside the car rattling...i held the wipers and still rattles...took the A pillar off to look..no rattles there...its like inside the dash and only rattles with light acceleration....if im just cruising with my foot with gas...i hear no rattle...i makes me think has something to do with throttle cable or vaccum line...i zip ties all my vaccum hoses and the throttle cable is routed through to driver side...makes no sense why it would only rattle when gas is applied...

Here's the rattle/chirping noise I experienced when I posted on this thread awhile ago.
