Circuit breaker AMP recommendation?

What AMP size do you guys recommend for battery relocation?

I'm using 100A. Theres another guy with a breaker using 150A
There could be quite a few Amps through your cable depending on length, gauge, and strand count etc. I used Ohms law to figure the maximum amount of amps that could be created at battery voltage and while being charged by the alternator. The largest fuse on the terminal which is 60A (the 100A is for the alternator), so I wanted to be bigger than that but smaller than the max obviously. Hope that helps.

Yes that does help, I had a 250 AMP breaker on an old car... It came with the battery relocate kit I got. So that was probably too much huh
