Car cranks but won't turn over... failed fuel pump?

It could be a ton of things. Did you scan the car for any codes?

AIR FUEL SPARK. Eliminate each problem to pinpoint it.
Does it try to start? Is the starter turning weak? Is there spark? YES OR NO?

How can I check for spark?

It cranks until the battery slowly starts to die.

Im guessing you can remove one coil, put a spark plug in it and let someone start the car and see if it sparks.

Take a plug out and put the boot back on it (with the wire, not coil pack) hold it against a bolt on the valve cover or something and have someone crank it over. Look at the electrode and see if u got spark. Good luck!

Is it a stock motor? Built block?

Check crank and cam sensor next.

Well I Checked for the spark and there was no electrode or whatever...

Changing the plugs won't help?... stock motor but I have cams.
