Highbeams won't come on?? Where is the switch??
Where are the highbeam controls on these cars?? I've got a 2005 franken-evo and I can't get the high beams to come on.. HID Lows come on when I turn the headlight switch on, but pulling it back does not 'click' like most other cars to turn the highs on. It wont push forward either, which is common with other cars. Theres a button on the dash to the left of the steering wheel next to the mirror controls that looks like a headlight icon, but that does nothing either... any ideas?

LOL..i had to read on to make sure this was a real question. The "headlight button" is for the fog lights.

Looks like you randomly have two burnt out high beams or its fuse checking time.
When I turn the highbeams on, the hid lows stay on too. Is this normal? Also this car has no foglights, but it does have an aftermarket bumper. Im guessing someone just threw them out.. derp |
The fog lights are integrated into the headlight housing.

yes the HID low beam stay on when the high beam are turned on

HID headlights come on slowly. So, if the low beam HID lights went off when the high beams came on, when you switched back you would be driving without good light for several seconds.
