AMS shifter base bushings
1 Attachment(s)
I just recieved these today, and realized there is 4 aluminum bushings in silver and then 4 black bushings that look like their washers.
I was expecting all 8 to look the same, like the picture in their ad but I guess not. http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...-Bushings.html I just want to make sure that is how they come before I install them thanks! |
Did you buy them used or new from ams ?
|
i dont have ams, but my speedsource bushings came with 8 that all looked the same.

Just to hijack this thread. I did do a search on this forum.
Does this shifter bushing really helps in Shifting feel & precision? |
from what im seeing the silver piece goes on one side and the washer on the other, im pretty sure thats how mine were from speedsource.
|
Yea I have kartboy in my evo with a short throw and everyone that either drives my car or mock shifts it says its redicoulis and the best they ever felt because its so smooth and tight.

These are not AMS shifter Base bushings.
All 8 of our bushings are aluminum and are the same. You can view the AMS Shifter Base Bushings here: http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/i...s%2520copy.jpg Thanks |
Those definitely look used with one set halved into two sets.
