What's with the stock inner evo 8 lights that have no bulb inside?
 

So I noticed the inner lights on my evo 8 are blank in the back where a bulb should go....is there a way to put lights in this or its just a dummy setup? Looks like a projector too

Yeah, those are the fog lights (or where they should be). That dome cover inside is just that, a dome cover. I have actual fogs on mine and they aren't dome so no, it's not a projector. Newer base model VIIIs are like this unless you get an MR or an SSL.

Rs headlights with no fogs is what I think you have.

If you have, like my car, an 05 without the fog lights option, then you have these headlights too, not just the RS. :)

Basically they are headlights without the fog light option, and hence, dummy lights.

Ahh lame, so I'm stuck with these fake wanna be fogs? Looks like it would be too much trouble to make em useful

The day I bought my evo and got it home I noticed this too, and I thought the EXACT same thing :lol:

the Evo 7 and 8 RS2 `s in europe had those same headlights,its nothing there.

Is there a way I can install foglights?
