It's the little things that count
I cross threaded the bolt and threaded pin on my v-band clamp last week so i contacted Tial through e-mail in the evening...I explained that i had cross threaded them and that i needed a new clamp (assuming they wouldn't sell just the bolt and one pin)...Someone contacted me within an hour and told me i didn't need to buy the entire clamp and that i just need 1 pin and the bolt...Long story short the next morning i had received an e-mail from someone else saying the parts were shipped and i was never asked for money or anything...I know it's not a huge deal but it's the little things that matter...Extra $30-40 bucks in my pocket...Customer service is key {thumbup}

But seriously, good customer service is amazing, and helps a business in so many ways. Glad they were able to help you out without any questions{thumbup} |
I think that when a company does things like this, they make more money in the long run from threads like this rather than wasting time doing a transaction where the profit is almost non-existent. Awesome deal.
