Where's the throttle plate stop set screw?
 

Alright this might be a dumb question, but bear with me. I just got the Boomba 75mm TB and I'm trying to get the car to idle correctly. I need to adjust the base idle speed by using the throttle plate stop set screw. My only problem is idk where that is and after searching for a long time I'm forced to ask the question. Where is the throttle plate stop set screw? :lol:

that little black hex screw, it the one that the throtle cable pulley rests on

Any pics that would give me a better idea?
